Huntsman talks €100 million tap of 5 1/8% notes due 2021 at 103.25

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 28 - Huntsman International LLC set talk for a €100 million add-on to its non-callable 5 1/8% senior notes due 2021 at a reoffer price of 103.25, according to a buyside source.

The tap is expected to price Wednesday.

Although several dealers have circulated information on the deal, none of them had stepped forward as the lead bookrunner, the source said at mid-morning Wednesday.

The issuer, a wholly owned subsidiary of Salt Lake City-based chemical company Huntsman Corp., plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The original €300 million issue priced at par on Dec. 11, 2013.
