Huntsman ups offering to €250 million, talks notes due April 2021 in 5¼% area; pricing Wednesday

Portland, Ore., Dec. 11 - Huntsman International LLC upsized its offering of non-callable seven-year senior notes (B1) to €250 million from €200 million and talked the notes to price with a yield in the 5¼% area, a market source said.

The deal is expected to price Wednesday.

Joint bookrunner Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will bill and deliver. Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, PNC Capital Markets LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC and RBS Securities Inc. are also joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights notes will mature in 2021.

The Salt Lake City-based manufacturer of differentiated organic and inorganic chemical products plans to use the proceeds to repay its term loan C.
