By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Mo., March 11 - Huntsman International LLC is set to hit the road Wednesday to market a new offering of $250 million senior notes due 2009, according to a syndicate source.

The roadshow runs through March 15 and the pricing is scheduled for March 18.

Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown is the bookrunner in a syndicate that also includes J.P. Morgan and Salomon Smith Barney, the source added.

Ratings are pending on the Rule 144A offering. The notes are non-callable for four years.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt. The specialty chemical company is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
