By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Sept. 9 - Huntsman LLC begins the roadshow Thursday for an offering of $375 million of senior secured notes due 2010, according to a syndicate source.

Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Bank Securities are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A offering. Citigroup, CIBC World Markets, JP Morgan and UBS Investment Bank are co-managers.

Proceeds from the seven-year non-call-four notes will be used to repay bank debt.

The company, formerly Huntsman Corp., is a Salt Lake City petrochemical firm.
