Huntington New Economy Fund approves reorganization set for May 4

San Diego, March 1 - The board of trustees of the Huntington New Economy Fund approved a proposal on Jan. 17 to reorganize the fund into the Huntington Mid Corp America Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Class A shares and trust shares of the fund will be closed to all new and subsequent investments on April 26.

The reorganization is scheduled for May 4.

The fund's investment adviser, Huntington Asset Advisors, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Huntington National Bank, which is a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Columbus, Ohio-based Huntington Bancshares Inc.
