Huntington Ingalls to redeem 5% senior notes due 2025

New York, Oct. 16 – Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. plans to redeem its $600 million outstanding 5% senior notes due 2025, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed Nov. 15 for a redemption price equal to 102.5, plus interest.

The Bank of New York Mellon (412 236-1201) is the trustee for the notes.

Based in Newport News, Va., Huntington Ingalls Industries is the largest U.S. military shipbuilding company.
