New York, Aug. 15 - Huntington Exploration Inc. said it has increased to C$1 million its previously announced C$750,000 private placement.
The offering now includes 5 million flow-through shares at C$0.20 each.
Insiders of the company may participate for up to 25% of the deal.
The deal was first announced Aug. 9 as a C$750,000 offering of 3.75 million flow-through shares under the same terms.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Huntington is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
