New Issue: Barclays prices $1.1 million buffered SuperTrack notes on stock basket

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.1 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 24, 2023 linked to an equally-weighted basket containing the common stocks of KeyCorp, Huntington Bancshares Inc. and Regions Financial Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any basket gain, up to a 90% maximum gain.

If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
