American Color Graphics amends loan, changing leverage ratio

New York, April 13 - American Color Graphics Inc. amended its credit facility, revising the first-lien leverage ratio (see table), according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.

The amendment was completed on April 9, but is effective as of March 30.

American Color Graphics is a Brentwood, Tenn., graphic communications company.
