American Color Graphics starts roadshow for $280 million seven-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, June 13 - American Color Graphics began the roadshow Friday for $280 million of senior second secured notes due 2010 (B3/B), according to a syndicate source.

Morgan Stanley and Banc of America Securities are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A deal. Credit Suisse First Boston is co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's 12¾% senior subordinated notes due 2005, repay its credit facility and repurchase all outstanding preferred shares and cancel all outstanding options to purchase the preferred stock of ACG Holdings, Inc.

The company is based in Brentwood, Tenn.
