Huffy gets official unsecured creditors' committee

Washington, Nov. 2 - The U.S. trustee appointed the members of Huffy Corp.'s official unsecured creditors' committee, according to paperwork filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio Monday.

The members of the committee are: Bailey Cycle Service Ltd., Cortina International, Jefferson Wells International Inc., Richard Molen, the Pension Benefits Guaranty Corp., Ramiko Co., and Shen Zhen Bo An Bike Co.

Huffy, a bicycle and sports equipment company, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 20. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-39148.
