Hub sets Wednesday investor call for $730 million six-year notes

Portland, Ore., Sept. 4 - Hub International Ltd. scheduled an investor conference call at 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday for a $730 million offering of six-year senior notes, according to a syndicate source.

Also an investor group lunch is set for 11:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday at the St. Regis New York.

The deal is expected to price on Friday.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the joint bookrunners. CIBC World Markets Corp. and BMO Securities are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A for life notes come with two years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

The Chicago-based insurance company plans to use the proceeds to repurchase its existing senior notes and subordinated notes and for general corporate purposes.
