New Issue: HSBC sells $60,000 barrier AMPS on iShares MSCI EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 3 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $60,000 of 0% barrier Accelerated Market Participation Securities due March 27, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any ETF gain, up to a maximum return of 71.8%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the initial price if the ETF falls by more than 25%.
