Olympia, Wash., Aug. 2 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $575,000 of 0% buffered digital due Aug. 2, 2021 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.25%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
