New Issue: HSBC sells $1.92 million barrier enhanced participation notes on Dow, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, July 2 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.92 million of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due June 28, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 138% of any gain of the lesser performing index.
Investors will receive par if the lesser-performing index falls by up to 50% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index if it finishes below the 50% barrier level.
