New Issue: HSBC sells $1.80 million barrier enhanced notes on Dow, Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., June 17 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1,797,000 of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 200 index, according to a 414B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.41 times any gain of the lesser performing index.
Investors will receive par if the worse performing index falls by up to 50% and will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index if it finishes below the 50% barrier level.
