Tacoma, Wash., May 23 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.05 million of 10% autocallable yield notes due May 28, 2020 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Anthem, Inc., UnitedHealth Group Inc. and Cigna Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes will be automatically called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial share price on any quarterly call observation date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its trigger price, 60% of its initial share price, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing stock declines from its initial share price.
