New Issue: HSBC sells $2.98 million barrier enhanced participation notes on Hang Seng

Olympia, Wash., April 8 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.98 million of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due April 10, 2023 linked to the Hang Seng index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 180% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial index level if the index falls by more than 25%.
