New Issue: HSBC prices $297,000 digital notes due 2021 linked to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 31 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $297,000 of 0% digital notes due March 24, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.1%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
