Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 4 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.58 million of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Dec. 6, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 26%. Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls by up to 15% and lose 1% for each 1% index decline beyond the 15% buffer.
