Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 12 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.85 million of 0% leveraged buffered uncapped market participation securities due Nov. 5, 2020 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
