New Issue: HSBC prices $3.13 million two-year buffered AMPS linked to Russell

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 5 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $3.13 million of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Nov. 5, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 18.9%. Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls by up to 10% and lose 1% for each 1% index decline beyond the 10% buffer.
