New Issue: HSBC sells $723,000 barrier enhanced notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 19 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $723,000 of 0% barrier enhanced return notes due Oct. 2, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE Index ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.58 times any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 45% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline if the fund finishes below its 55% barrier level.
