Morgantown, W.Va., July 25 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $734,000 of 0% buffered uncapped market participation securities due July 26, 2021 tied to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
