New Issue: HSBC sells $918,000 barrier enhanced participation notes on Dow, Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., July 10 – HSBC USA Inc. $918,000 of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due June 29, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 200 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.33 times any gain of the lesser performing index.
Investors will receive par if the lesser-performing index falls by up to 50% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index if it finishes below the 50% barrier level.
