Morgantown, W.Va., May 1 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $10 million of 0% autocallable yield notes due April 28, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 9.25% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.
If the notes are not called, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.
