Morgantown, W.Va., April 17 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.19 million of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due April 5, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 414B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times any gain of the lesser performing ETF.
Investors will receive par if the lesser-performing ETF falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing ETF if it finishes below the 60% barrier level.
