New Issue: HSBC sells $970,000 barrier AMPS on Hang Seng China Enterprises

Morgantown, W.Va., March 26 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $970,000 of 0% barrier Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Sept. 23, 2019 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 28%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below the 80% barrier.
