New Issue: HSBC sells $1.04 million barrier enhanced notes linked to the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 28 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.04 million of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due Sept. 29, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 141% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial index level if the index falls by more than 30%.
