Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 30 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $843,000 of 0% averaging notes due Oct. 2, 2023 linked to the PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the fund return, subject to a minimum return of 0%.
The fund’s final level will be the average of its closing levels on 28 quarterly observation dates.
