Chicago, June 22 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.26 million of 0% leveraged buffered capped notes due Dec. 27, 2017 tied to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,259 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
