Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 28 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $572,000 of 0% buffered uncapped market participation securities due Jan. 29, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to the 15% buffer and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond the buffer.
