Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 6 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $491,000 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Oct. 5, 2017 linked to Apple Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the stock price, up to a maximum return of 36%.
Investors will receive par if the stock falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
