New Issue: HSBC prices $450,000 0% 15-month AMPS linked to iShares MSCI EM

San Luis Obispo, Jan. 28 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $450,000 of 0% Accelerated Market Participation Securities due April 28, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any increase in the fund, subject to a cap of 20%.
Investors will be fully exposed to losses if the fund declines.
