New York, Nov. 26 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $4,695,390 of 0% trigger performance securities due Nov. 29, 2019 linked to the PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 148.43% of the fund return.
If the fund return negative and the final level is greater than or equal to the trigger level, 75% of the initial level, the payout will be par.
If the final level is less than the trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the fund from its initial level.
