New York, Nov. 24 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1 million of 0% contingent buffered enhanced notes due Nov. 25, 2019 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is less than the initial share price by more than 50%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.
Otherwise, the payout at maturity will be par if the fund falls by up to 50%. Investors will share in any gains, capped at 42%.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the underwriter with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as agent.
