New Issue: HSBC prices $2.95 million AMPS linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 29 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.95 million of 0% Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Feb. 1, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 19%. If the ETF return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
