New Issue: HSBC prices $131,000 buffered uncapped market notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Sept. 24 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $131,000 of 0% buffered uncapped market participation securities due Sept. 26, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any gain in the index.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
