New Issue: HSBC prices $21.93 million seven-year Mitts linked to the Dow

Chicago, June 3 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $21.93 million of 0% Market Index Target-Term Securities due May 28, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 73.6%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
