New York, April 1 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $9,036,940 of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due May 29, 2015 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 16.68%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
