New York, March 28 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $590,000 of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due March 28, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 15%.
Investors will receive par if the fund declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
