New Issue: HSBC prices $5,000 five-year SelectInvest notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, March 27 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $5,000 of 0% SelectInvest debt securities due March 27, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 45%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 25%.
