Madison, Wis., Feb. 4 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $3.89 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 5, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 22%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.
