New Issue: HSBC prices $1.22 million buffered AMPS on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, June 3 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $1,215,000 of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due June 2, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.11 times any ETF gain, subject to a maximum return of 60%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 25% or less and will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that it declines beyond 25%.
