Madison, Wis., Jan. 23 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $2 million of 0% capped performance barrier notes due July 24, 2014 linked to the WisdomTree India Earnings fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 29.5%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to losses if the fund drops below the 80% barrier level.
