New Issue: HSBC prices $15 million global participation notes linked to indexes

Tacoma, Wash., March 22 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $15 million of 0% global participation securities due March 27, 2019 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes the S&P 500 index with a 55% weight, the MSCI EAFE index with a 30% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 15% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 97.03% of the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
