New York, Nov. 9 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $13.73 million of 0% buffered notes due May 5, 2016 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at 47%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
