New Issue: HSBC prices $25,000 more buffered uncapped market notes on S&P 500

New York, Oct. 29 - HSBC USA Inc. priced another $25,000 of 0% buffered uncapped market participation securities due Oct. 29, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index, adding to the original $2,648,000, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 16% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 16%.
