New Issue: HSBC prices $1.1 million buffered uncapped market notes on DJIA

Chicago, July 13 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.1 million of 0% buffered uncapped market participation securities due Jan. 8, 2015 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
