Philadelphia, May 27 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.43 million of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Nov. 30, 2012 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any gain on the price of the index fund, up to a maximum return of 20.5%.
Investors are fully exposed to any decline of the index fund.
